Hasselback Tomate de Colgar, ingredients:
- 2 Medium-big size Tomates de Colgar
- 1 Fresh mozzarella
- Olive Oil
- Slice the tomatoes but not completely.
- Slice the mozzarella
- Place the mozzarella among the tomate slices
- Pour basil all over tomato, a bit of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
- Pre-warm the oven at 200º and oven it during 15 minutes. Take it out once the mozzarella being to melt.
- Plate up and enjoy it!
